This finely sculpted figurine / statue is handcrafted in the Holy Land from sustainably harvested, authentic Bethlehem Olivewood. Using only non-productive olive trees from the Holy Land, this handmade piece reveals the stunning natural grain patterns of olive wood, free of any additives or sealants.

Hand of God sculpture with mother and child carved in relief — large open hand shape with figures of a woman holding a child carved into the palm face, dramatic dark-grained olive wood. Symbolizing hand of god / divine providence / mary and child. Unique sculptural form shaped as an open upright hand (five fingers, thumb and index/middle finger visible as the two prongs at top). A mother and child scene is carved in relief into the dark face of the hand. The hand body is very dark rich olive wood with dramatic black grain streaks. Light/cream wood tones on the outer edges and base. Estimated 15–20 cm tall. Highly distinctive product — no catalog equivalent found.
