We offer exchanges only. We do not accept returns for refunds.

1. Requesting an Exchange

Please contact us before sending an item back. Include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• The item you would like to exchange
• The item you would like instead

We will review your request, confirm the available exchange options, and provide instructions.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

4. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to products purchased directly from holyland-artifacts.com. Items purchased through third-party retailers are subject to those retailers’ policies. Pilgrimage tour bookings have separate terms provided by the tour partners.
