This finely sculpted figurine / statue is handcrafted in the Holy Land from sustainably harvested, authentic Bethlehem Olivewood. Using only non-productive olive trees from the Holy Land, this handmade piece reveals the stunning natural grain patterns of olive wood, free of any additives or sealants.

Abstract mother and child sculpture — two merged figures in a compact rounded form, highly polished olive wood with dramatic dark grain, on a natural bark-edge round base. Symbolizing mother and child / mary and jesus (implied). Very compact, rounded sculptural form. Two figures — a larger adult bowing its head and a smaller child figure — merged into a single smooth globular mass. Extremely dramatic olive wood grain with deep dark streaks throughout the light/cream wood. Highly polished finish. Base is a natural bark-edge round olive wood slice. Estimated 12–15 cm tall. Contemporary art sculpture aesthetic.
