This finely sculpted figurine / decorative object is handcrafted in the Holy Land from sustainably harvested, authentic Bethlehem Olivewood. Using only non-productive olive trees from the Holy Land, this handmade piece reveals the stunning natural grain patterns of olive wood, free of any additives or sealants.

Olive wood camel figurine — single-hump dromedary camel, hand-carved, with small woven textile fabric saddle cloth in red/multicolor, standing pose with head raised. Symbolizing camel — nativity/holy land animal; associated with wise men / three kings; bethlehem souvenir. Materials include olive wood — hand-carved; pale honey finish with strong dark grain swirls; small woven fabric saddle accent. Freestanding carved olive wood dromedary camel in standing pose. Head tilted slightly upward and forward, single hump on back. Wood is very pale blonde-honey with prominent dark sinuous grain lines running through body and legs — characteristic beautiful olive wood figuring. One small glass/bead eye inset on right side of head (visible in image). Legs are simplified straight columns. A small handwoven fabric saddle cloth is tied across the hump — red background with multicolor (yellow, blue, white) zigzag/chevron woven pattern, slightly frayed at edges. Estimated height: 15–20 cm. Clean white background with light grey graduated surround.
