This finely sculpted figurine / statue (bust) is handcrafted in the Holy Land from sustainably harvested, authentic Bethlehem Olivewood. Using only non-productive olive trees from the Holy Land, this handmade piece reveals the stunning natural grain patterns of olive wood, free of any additives or sealants.

Jesus Christ face/head bust with crown of thorns — standalone olive wood sculpture, no base. Symbolizing passion of christ / crown of thorns / ecce homo. Detailed carved bust of Jesus face and upper chest with prominent crown of thorns. Open eyes with direct gaze. Full beard and long flowing hair carved in detail. Hands clasped/folded at base of piece. No separate base — piece sits directly. Strong olive wood grain visible throughout. Warm honey-tan tone. Estimated height ~20 cm. Differs from IMG_2535 in pose and lack of tiered base.
