This beautiful nativity grotto — log/bark natural edge is handcrafted in the Holy Land from sustainably harvested, authentic Bethlehem Olivewood. Using only non-productive olive trees from the Holy Land, this handmade piece reveals the stunning natural grain patterns of olive wood, free of any additives or sealants.

Symbolizing birth of jesus christ; nativity; bethlehem; star of bethlehem; christmas. Materials include olive wood (natural log cross-section, bark edge retained, hollowed and hand-carved interior). Half-log or large log section with natural bark exterior retained; interior hollowed to create cave/grotto space; carved scene includes: Holy Family at center (Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus in manger), hovering angel above, Bethlehem star, palm tree to left, shepherd figure to right; detailed relief carving; decorative lattice/arch panel at bottom front with ‘BETHLEHEM’ text below.
